Getting Started
- Review our repertoire and check if our music fits your event/occasion.
- Confirm that your event/occasion is within our service area.
- Check our event calendar to see if we are not already booked for a specific date. If we are already booked for a specific date, please still consider contacting us. We may still be able to perform at your event at a earlier or later time.
- Please contact our business manager, John Hwang, either by phone (616-827-7630) or by email (manager@kalliope.us) and tell us more about your event/occasion. Feel free to use our online contact form as well.
- Once you've confirmed with our business manager the available dates and rates, please download the Performance Request Form and fill out the form as completely as possible. We really appreciate the information you can provide through the Request Form as it helps us serve you better.'
- In order to secure your date, please send a 50% deposit of the agreed/guaranteed amount made out to "Kalliope Quartet" along with the completed Performance Request Form to the following address:

Rates
Our rate is $145/hour. If you guarantee 3 or more hours, our rate drops to $135/hour. If you guarantee 5 or more hours, our rate drops to $125/hour.
